Pumpkin Bread
3 C sugar 1 C oil 4 beaten eggs 1 can (lb) pumpkin 2/3 C water 3-1/3 C flour 2 t soda 2 t salt 1 t baking powder 1 t nutmeg 1 t allspice 1 t cinnamon 1/2 t cloves walnuts raisins Cream sugar & oil. Add eggs & pumpkin, mix well. Add dry ingredients alternating with water. Pour into 2 greased/floured 9x5 loaf pans. Bake 350, 1-1/2 hrs. Let stand 10 mins. remove from pans to cool.
Zucchini Chocolate Cake
This is from my friend Laurie B. grease & flour 9x13 pan. Oven 350- 40-45 mins. 1 C butter 1-1/3 C sugar 2 eggs 1 t vanilla 1/2 C sour milk 1/4 C Hershey's cocoa 2-1/2 C flour 1.2 t baking powder 1 t soda 1 t salt 2 C grated zucchini walnuts Mix altogether & bake then sprinkle w/choc. chips, let melt and spread, or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Chinese Chicken Salad
2 chicken breasts,cooked and cubed 1 bag cole slaw mix 4 green onions chopped 2 T sesame seeds 1/2 C almonds Top Ramen noodles -crushed 1 small can mandarin oranges DRESSING: 2 T sugar 3 T cider vinegar 1 pkg flavor mix from Top Ramen 1/2 C olive oil Mix or shake well and sitr into other ingredients. Yum-enjoy

lip stuff

Yep :) that is was it is called and what it is. My formulated lip balm I have been selling for about a year. The base is extra virgin olive oil infused with 4 healing herbs and a bit of beeswax (only 6 ingredients and you can pronounce them all). All organic, no scents. $4 per tube.
